On the front lines of our operations are the women on the construction side, who fearlessly tackle every challenge that comes their way. Like Anabel Najera, our superhero Quality Control Coordinator who ensures that every brick, beam, and blueprint is top quality and meets all required standards! Meanwhile, under the spotlight of efficiency and precision, our Operations Specialist Erica Carillo orchestrates the seamless request of permits and masterfully oversees every detail of our construction plans process. And, with her keen eye for detail, Drafter/Estimator Briseida Carreon skillfully weaves the blueprints of our dreams, collaborating seamlessly with the operations team to bring homeowners’ visions to life. The remarkable synergy of these three women, blending their unique talents and expertise, is a force we can always depend on.

**The Saleswoman:**

When it comes to presenting the appeal and value of our properties, our saleswoman, Gaby Bernus, excels. She adeptly navigates clients through the complexities of the home‑buying process, emphasizing the unique attributes of each property with expertise and a genuine commitment to her profession. She consistently adds a personalized touch to every interaction, ensuring our clients feel valued and informed throughout their home‑buying experience, and establishing enduring partnerships in the process.

**The Design Consultant:**

Walking into a B&B Homes property is an experience in itself, thanks to the creativity and talent of one of B&B Homes’s Founders and our Lead Design Consultant, Cristel Brittingham. She is the visionary behind the stunning aesthetics that define our homes and our brand. Her ability to blend functionality with elegance, and modernity with comfort, creates spaces that are not just houses, but true reflections of the people who live in them. From selecting the perfect color palette to curating exquisite décor pieces, Cristel infuses each home with a sense of style and personality that is simply unmatched.

**The Administrators:**

Behind every efficient operation is a team of dedicated administrators who ensure that everything runs smoothly. Among the women who serve as the foundation of our office, Office Manager Terry Herrera stands out as the crucial glue that holds everything together seamlessly. And if you ask our General Manager, he will give all the credit to his indispensable Executive Assistant, Lilly Benavides’s exceptional dedication and unparalleled organizational skills as the cornerstone of our success. Finally, our financial operations run smoothly thanks to the meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication of our Controller’s Assistant, Victoria Hinojosa, who is efficient and detailed in every task she undertakes.
